Digital Marketing Manager

The Digital Marketing Specialist strategically positions SoftNet Technologies as a preferred partner by actively engaging potential and current clients through digital marketing outlets including the company's website, social media channels and partner platforms.

Digital Marketing Manager - ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Manage daily content and update weekly content calendar for all social channels including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and Pinterest
  • Manage paid media campaigns across all social channels (Facebook ads, promoted tweets, rich pins, etc.)
  • Manage and maintain all aspects of the company website including development, troubleshooting, content management, and SEO activities
  • Manage e-mail marketing campaigns
  • Deliver weekly reports and ad hoc results on company website and social media activity using analytics including, but not limited to: Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, Twitter Analytics, Hootsuite, etc.
  • Work with the marketing and sales teams to create and maintain a fresh, up-to-date daily content calendar
  • Work closely with Director of Marketing & Communications and Marketing Coordinator to share and amplify noteworthy media mentions that the SoftNetcommunity would love to hear about
  • Manage allocated digital marketing budget

Digital Marketing Manager - Job Requirements

  • 4+ years of professional social media experience
  • Superb writing skills with a strong sense of voice in long form (multi-part blog narratives, documentation) and short forms (tweets)
  • Equal fluency across social media platforms: Blogging, Twitter, Facebook, Pinterest
  • Demonstrate success for all the above (growth of communities, examples of content that has driven high interaction and engagement, clear communication of social media analytics)
  • Ability to attend weekend and evening meetings, out-of-town tradeshows and events as needed
